They are quite nice but lack that gooey taste.

Happy to read that you have experienced our brookies and you liked them. In order to get the perfect taste you have to heat them slightly in microwave for 10-12 seconds, which will melt the couverture chocolate, which will give you soft gooey experience in your mouth.....
