Brookieno was born from a thirst for novelty and originality. We wanted to do something that was fresh in concept and would intrigue and surprise our customers. Whose life doesn’t feel better with freshly baked cookies. And who doesn’t mind a brownie when they are feeling down? What better way to reel people in than combining two of the sweetest and tastiest things known to man? Imagine two confectionary titans brought together to a single delicacy - that is how our brookie has evolved. We have worked with a team of veteran international chefs and acclaimed food critics and reviewers to develop our brand idea. Every aspect of our recipes have been carefully scrutinized and fine honed to ensure the highest and finest quality in our brookies.
Brookieno is the child of a beautiful concept that has evolved with me as I’ve grown. Even in our early childhood, before the advent of microwave ovens and fancy cookers, our mothers and grandmothers used to make cookies and cakes using charcoal and mud stoves. It was quite a sight, the ladies all sat together talking and jesting as they devoted their time to the making and baking of delicacies. The warmth from that old stove, the aroma of freshly baked cookies, and glimpses of cooking fiestas form the feeling of home for us now. Childhood can cease to exist, but you can build a home and the essence of it in your daily life.
It is this strong idea that steered us to selling premium homemade cookies prepared with a variety of spices grown in the Indian subcontinent in different climates and parts of the country. The whole concept has been born from the idea of the fusion of cultures and the feeling of homeliness. We are introducing a half brownie-half cookie delicacy – brookies! With determination in our minds and fondness in our hearts, we had no trouble developing a feeling of home in our endeavour. Thus business relieves the pain of seeking home everywhere and spins a solace that lets us live forever.
